摘  要:为了解决塔河油田缝洞型碳酸盐岩油藏酸压施工液体滤失量大,酸蚀裂缝距离短以及压后沟通下部水体,造成含水上升快且后期快速水淹等难题,开发了清洁转向酸复合酸压技术。该酸液不仅能够实现转向暂堵功能,具有良好的缓速性和耐高温流变性,而且还能快速返排,对油层兼具控水功能。该技术在TK259井应用后获得了成功,不仅对裂缝发育的储层段起到了很好的暂堵作用,而且压后获得了可喜的产量。酸压后初期日产油23.6 m3/d,日产水3.8m3/d,日产气1.6×103m3/d。截止2012年12月累产油2.5万吨,累产水0.47万吨,累产气1.8×103m3。该技术在塔河油田的成功应用为以后类似井的施工提供了很好的借鉴作用。Tahe oil field was characteristic of a carbonate fracture-cavity oil reservoir.In order to solve the problems of big fluid loss leading to short acid fracturing distance and connecting lower water zone after fracturing resulting in rapid watercut growth and waterflood breakthrough during later production,visco-elastic surfactant acid technology was developed.Not only could the acid achieve temporary plugging function with characteristics of good corrosion retarding and rheologic behavior at high temperatures,but also could be easy to flow back and control water reservoir.The technology was applied in well TK259 successfully,which played a good temporary plugging function for fracture development in the reservoir interval,meanwhile made gratifying production after fracturing,with early oil production of 26.3 m3/d,water production of 3.8 m3/d,gas rate of 1.6×103 m3/d after stimulation.Until December 2012,cumulative increased oil reached 25000 tons,cumulative increased water reached 4700 tons,cumulative increased gas reached 1.8×103m3.Successful application of the technology provides good reference for similar operation.
