摘  要:克拉玛依-独山子线加药系统2007年投入运行后,由于设备维护保养,置换柴油,加药后液位标定测量,使得员工工作量骤增。为提高工作效率,减少环境安全事故,对克-独外输泵区加药系统进行了改造。利用总站的废旧物资设计并改造柴油置换系统,不仅药剂泄漏得到控制,员工的操作强度及操作用时也大大降低。自制的液位计量装置不仅减少了员工上罐读数的风险,读数时效和准确度也大大提高。两项举措不仅成本低廉,安全也有保障,在提高加药系统工作效率的同时也大幅降低了生产成本。The dosing system of Karamay-Dushanzi pipeline was put into work in 2007 while staff burden were largely increased by devices maintaining,diesel replacing as well as level calibration measuring after dosing.Therefore,the dosing system outside the efflux pump area must be modified in order to enhance working efficiency and HSE accidents reduced.The wasted materials were redesigned and put into use in diesel replacing system.Consequently the leak of reagent is constrained and health of staff is also secured.The self-made level measuring devices can not only reduce the risk of staff climbing on the oil tank but also increase the accuracy of the meter reading.Those measurements take good effect on security and working efficiency as well as cost controlling.
