罗田县两种金银花中绿原酸含量比较

摘　　要：采用紫外可见分光光度法测定比较了罗田金银花和大地金银花中的绿原酸含量,发现罗田县的两种金银花叶中绿原酸含量均较高,而罗田金银花叶相当于花中绿原酸含量的2.5倍,为罗田金银花花茎叶的综合开发利用提供了依据。The chlorogenic acid contents in Luotian honeysuckle and Dadi honeysuckle from Luotian County were compared by using UV spectrophotometer.This study result shows that the contents of chlorogenic acid in two honeysuckles leaves luotian County are higher,and the chlorogenic acid content in leaf is almost 2.5 times as much as that in flower from Luotian honeysuckle.The result provides abasis for rational exploitation and comprehensive utilization of Luotian honeysuckle plant resource.
