摘　　要：目前,政府统计数据评估已经从方法研究上升至方法实践。针对现有评估实践中出现的种种问题,本文在系统介绍政府统计数据准确性评估方法原理和代表文献的基础上,重点分析了各种方法的应用前提、优势和局限性。文中提出应根据统计数据的特性,结合评估目的进行方法选择,尽量满足方法的使用前提,可以使用一种方法,也可以多种方法并用,并强调审慎对待评估结果。In order to improve government statistics, data quality assessment methods have to be applied in practice. In this paper, from a practical point of view, we summarize the government statistics data accuracy assessment methods into five categories, and explain the principles of the various methods, the representative literature, the constraints, as well as advantages and disadvantages. It concludes that method choosing should be based on the data characteristics and assessment purpose, as far as possibly meeting the constraints of the method. In practice, using one or several methods both are acceptable, but assessment results should be treated with caution.
