摘　　要：文章研究兴安凯迪生物质发电厂工程取水的可行性和用水的合理性,分析该项目退水对区域水资源状况及对其他用户可能产生的影响,以达到保障建设项目的合理用水要求,以资源的优化配置和可持续利用,保障区域经济社会的可持续发展。This paper studies the feasibility and rationality of the utilizable water of Xing＇an Kaidi biomass power plant. Besides, analyses are made on the possible impacts of project＇s back water on other users and the present stitua- tion of regional water resources , so as to guarantee the reasonable water demand of construction project, optimize the allocation and sustainable use of resources and ensure the sustainable development of regional economy and society.
