摘 要:金安桥水电站坝基裂面绿泥石化岩体节理裂隙发育,受开挖爆破扰动易松弛。开挖中分梯段爆破层、缓冲爆破层及撬挖保护层进行精细化施工,有效降低了坝基开挖爆破对裂面绿泥石化岩体的影响。此外,采用小孔排距及高压固结灌浆施工工艺,灌浆效果较好。监测成果表明,大坝的顺河向水平位移及沉降位移值很小,说明采用的坝基开挖及固结灌浆施工工艺是科学合理的。As joints and fractures well developed in the chloritization rock of dam foundation of Jin'anqiao hydropower station, the remaining mass is very likely to be disturbed by blasting excavation. Refined construction procedures were applied for the bench blasting layer, buffer blasting layer and prying layer during excavation process. The influence on fracture chloritization rock mass caused by blasting excavation has been significant reduced. Furthermore, good grouting effect was obtained by adopting high pressure consolidation grouting technology with small spacing grouting hole. The monitoring results shown that horizontal displacement and the settlement displacement of the dam are very small, indicating the technology of dam foundation excavation and consolidation grouting applicable and effective.
