摘  要:目的对某专用汽车制造厂搬迁项目职业病危害防护措施的效果进行评价。方法采用现场调查法、检查表法、检测检验法和职业健康检查法进行评价。结果该项目产生的职业病危害因素有:电焊烟尘、砂轮磨尘、其他粉尘、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、丁醇、二氧化氮、二氧化碳、一氧化碳、臭氧、锰及其无机化合物、硫酸、氢氧化钠、噪声、紫外辐射,其中:粉尘、有毒物质浓度和紫外辐射强度均未超过国家职业接触限值,8个噪声作业岗位的Lex,8h超过国家职业接触限值,职业健康检查结果示:4名噪声作业人员听力下降,1名苯作业人员被诊断为"苯作业观察对象",2名粉尘作业人员肺功能异常。结论该厂主要职业病危害因素是噪声、粉尘和苯系物,其防尘、防毒设施达到预期效果,防噪声设施需进一步改进,应重视长期接触低浓度苯对职工健康的影响。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of prevention measures towards occupational disease of a relocation project in a special purpose vehicle manufacturing. Methods On - site investigation, check lists, testing and occupation- al health screening were jointly adopted to evaluate the vocational hazards. Results The main occupational hazard fac- tors included welding fume, grinding wheel dust, other dusts, benzene, toluene, xylene, butyl alcohol, nitrogen dioxide, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, ozone, manganese and inorganic compounds, sulfuric acid, noise, ultraviolet radiation, etc. The level of dust, toxic substances and ultraviolet radiation in were qualified with the national occupational expo- sure limits. Yet the Lex,8h of 8 noise - exposed posts exceeded national vocational exposure limits. Of the Benzene - ex- posed workers, one was diagnosed as benzene observation object. Permanent threshold shift occurred among 4 noise - exposed workers and the pulmonary function of 2 dust - exposed workers was abnormal. Conclusion The major occupational hazard factors in this project include noise, dust and benzene and the dust protection facilities are effec- tive. The protection facilities of noise should be improved and more efforts should be made to those exposed to low con- centration of benzene over a long period of time.
