摘  要:目的分析与识别延迟焦化装置职业病危害因素,确定延迟焦化装置主要职业病危害因素及关键控制环节,并提出有针对性的防控措施。方法文献查阅、现场职业卫生学调查与职业病危害因素检测。结果延迟焦化装置运行过程中存在的职业病危害因素包括物理因素和化学性有害因素,共有31种职业病危害因素,其中,焦炉逸散物、石油沥青烟短时间浓度和时间加权平均浓度均超过职业接触限值。结论延迟焦化装置工艺环节多,职业病危害因素复杂,属于严重职业病危害项目,应采取综合治理措施。Objective To analyze and identify the occupational hazards in delayed points, and to put forward the relevant prevention and control suggestions. Methods coking unit and the critical control Field investigation and occupational hazards factor investigation were adopted. Results Thirty - one sorts of physical and chemical occupational hazards were indentified in the operation of delayed coking unit. Coke oven emissions, short interval petroleum asphalt smoke concen- tration and time weighted average concentration exceeded the occupational exposure limits. Conclusion With multiple technical procedures, occupational hazards in delayed coking unit is complicated and classified to severe occupational hazard project. Therefore, comprehensive control measures should be timely adopted.
