摘　　要：目的识别、分析成都某汽车部件有限公司职业病危害因素并预测其危害程度,指出职业病危害的关键控制点,提出防护对策建议。方法采用类比法、检查表法等方法进行评价。结果经现场调查、分析,该项目苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯和噪声均未超过国家职业卫生标准。结论该项目属职业病危害较重项目,拟采取的职业病防护措施基本可行。Objective To analyze the occupational hazard in an automobile component company and to predict the degree of the hazards, thus to locate the key controlling points. Methods The pre - assessment was conducted by using analogy and checklist methods. Results The main occupational hazard factors of benzene, methylbenzene, dimethylbenzene, ethyl acetate and noise were all controlled under the national occupational health standard. Conclusion As a project with se- rious occupational hazards, the occupational protection measures to be taken are basically feasible.
