摘　　要：目的了解成都市主城区犬伤门诊的硬件和软件建设和管理现状,为成都市犬伤门诊的服务能力建设提供基础性资料和依据。方法采用定性访谈方法。访谈对象是成都市21个犬伤门诊的60名医务人员,访谈内容包括犬伤门诊的软硬件和管理现状。结果成都市主城区犬伤门诊的软硬件基本满足犬伤的诊治需求,但需要进一步完善,犬伤门诊业务用房面积、分布、功能分区、配套设施不尽合理;软件方面各项管理制度不够细化和规范,人力资源的管理不够科学。结论成都市主城区犬伤门诊软硬件和管理需要进一步规范和完善。Objective To understand construction status of software and hardware in dog injury outpatient department and administration in the main city zone of Chengdu. Methods Qualitative interview was applied towards 60 medical staff from 21 dog injury clinics in Chengdu. Results The outfits of software and hardware was basically qualified for diagnosis and treatment. Nevertheless, the allocation of room space, function division and supporting facilities were unreasonable. Conclusion The software, hardware and administration should be further advanced and standardized in dog - injury out- patient department in Chengdu.
