摘 要:探讨金顶侧耳(Pleurotus citrinopileatus)子实体水、乙醇和氯仿提取物对饮食性高血脂症小鼠总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)含量的影响。结果表明:各提取物均能显著降低高血脂症小鼠血清中TC和TG的含量。水、乙醇和氯仿提取物低剂量给药组与高血脂模型组相比能显著升高HDLC的含量,水提取物效果较好;水、氯仿提取物中、低剂量给药组与高血脂模型组相比能显著降低LDLC的含量,亦是水提取物效果较好。同时肝脏组织病理切片结果表明:金顶侧耳确实有一定的降血脂效果和预防肝脏脂肪性病变的作用。The effects of aqueous, ethanolic and chloroform extracts of Pleurotus citrinopileatus fruit bodies on selected hypolipidemic parameters in diet-induced hyperlipidemic mice were evaluated. Diet-induced hyperlipidemic mice (ten mice per group) were subjected to intragastric administration of normal saline, simvastatin, and aqueous, ethanolic and chloroform extracts of P. citrinopileatus fruit bodies for 30 d. Total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) levels were lower in the sera of hyperlipidemic mice administered all three extracts at the adopted test dosages. High-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDLC) levels were higher in mice administered low doses of aqueous, ethanolic and chloroform extracts, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDLC) levels were lower in mice administered low or moderate doses of aqueous and chloroform extracts, compared with the hyperlipidemic model group. Liver sections revealed that extracts of P. citrinopileatus fruit bodies exhibited a hypolipidemic function and prevented lipid-associated pathological changes.
