农民创业过程中的问题及对策建议

摘　　要：农业是中国国民经济的基础,近些年,随着城市化进程的推进,大量农村劳动力向城市转移,农村劳动力数量不断减少,而土地等农业资源的流转和集中已成为不可逆转的大趋势,这就为农民创业提供了良好的前提。农民创业是实现农民增收、提高农民生活水平、建设新农村、构建和谐社会的有效途径。对中国农民创业的现状进行了分析总结,通过分析得出农民创业存在的问题,总结出农民创业的影响因素,并提出推进农民创业的对策建议。Agriculture was the foundation of Chinese national economy. In recent years, with the promotion of the urbanization, a large number of labor forces have been emigrating from the rural areas into the cities. The number of labor forces in rural areas is constantly diminishing, which makes the circulation and centralization of the agricultural resources become an irreversible tendency, providing a prerequisite for farmer entrepreneurship. Farmer entrepreneurship is an effective approach to increase farmers＇ revenues, enhance their living level, establish new rural areas and therefore build a harmonious society. This document analyses the current condition of our country＇ s farmer entrepreneurship, summarizes the affecting factors of farmer entrepreneurship through analyzing the existing problems within farmer entrepreneurship, and proposes some countermeasures and suggestions on the acceleration of farmer entrepreneurship.
