摘 要:将原位细乳液聚合所制有机颜料微胶囊胶乳应用于真丝织物的涂料印花,通过硬挺度、K/S值、耐摩擦色牢度等性能测试考察丝织物微胶囊涂料印花的印制效果,以扫描电镜SEM观察微胶囊化颜料颗粒在丝织物表面的分散状态。发现微胶囊涂料印花织物在80℃预烘5 min到140℃焙烘5 min后,颜料颗粒可较均匀稳定地分散于单纤维表面的连续薄型胶膜内,因而可获得比传统涂料印花丝织物更高的K/S值、更好的耐摩擦色牢度和更柔软的手感。由此可见,通过微胶囊化处理、将黏合剂预先定向包裹在有机颜料颗粒外层有望解决涂料印花丝织物色深性、色牢度和柔软性难以兼顾的问题。Latex of organic pigment microcapsule prepared via in-situ miniemulsion polymerization is applied in pigment printing of silk fabrics. The printing effects of silk fabrics were tested through stiffness, K/S value and color fastness to rubbing. Disperse state of microencapsulated pigment particles on the surface of the fabric was observed through scanning electron microscope (SEM). It was found that pigment particles could be more uniformly and stably dispersed in the continuous thin film on single fiber surface when microcapsule pigment printing conditions were prebaked at 80 ℃ for 5 rain and then cured at 140 ℃ for 5 min. Thus, the K/S value, fastness to rubbing and handle were better than those of the silk fabrics with pigment printing. These results indicate that the microencapsulation of organic pigment and application of adhesive to the outer layer of organic pigment particles in advance are expected to overcome the contradiction between the color depth, color fastness and the softness.
