摘 要:针对大口径火炮金属药筒装药装填后的膛内热安全性问题进行了较为全面系统的理论研究和数值模拟。模型是以经典内弹道及圆柱轴对称传热模型为基础建立的,利用有限差分法得出射弹发数、射击频率、不同位置等因素对身管温度场的影响规律。计算结果表明,金属药筒装药可大大缓解发射过程对药室内壁的热冲击,有利于缓解火炮的热积累。Theory research and numerical simulation were carried out more completely according to the thermal security problem in-bore after the loading of metal cartridge charge of large caliber gun. The model was established by use of classical interior ballistics and heat transfer model of cylinder axis-symmetry. The factors that have effect on the temperature field of barrel, such as numbers of firing rounds, firing frequency, different positions and so on, were calculated by means of finite difference method. The calculation results indicated that metal cartridge charge can greatly relieve the heat impact on inner wall of chamber, and be in favor of decreasing the heat accumulation of gun.
