摘 要:采用刚柔耦合的方法,建立了某弹药供输机构在接弹接药、带载回转、输弹输药和空载回转工作过程中的动力学模型,获得了不同冲击载荷、考虑弹丸卡膛一致性后不同输弹输药速度下系统的动态响应,得到了不同射角下该弹药供输机构振动响应变化规律,为弹药供输机构设计提供了重要参考依据。With the aid of the method of rigid-flexible coupling, the dynamic model of an ammunition feeding mechanism during the course of the movement of ammunition dropping, with-load rotation, feeding,without-load rotation was established. The model was parametrically analyzed to get the dynamic responses of the system under different impact loads and different feed velocities under the condition of considering the consistency of ammunition ramming bayonet-chamber. On the basis of this result, the vibration responses regularity of the ammunition feeding mechanism at different firing angles was obtained. The results can be used to provide the reference for design of ammunition feeding mechanism system.
