摘  要:对冬小麦旗叶光合产物供应能力在供应速率 (包括光合作用和蔗糖合成的速率 )和供应持续期两个方面进行了研究 ,结果表明 :与鲁麦 14相比 ,鲁麦 2 2旗叶光合速率 ,灌浆中后期旗叶磷酸蔗糖合成酶 ( SPS)活性高 ,表明鲁麦 2 2旗叶光合产物供应速率高 ;鲁麦 2 2旗叶叶绿素含量高于鲁麦 14 ,超氧化物歧化酶 ( SOD)、过氧化氢酶 ( CAT)活性高 ,而丙二醛 ( MDA)含量低于鲁麦 14 ,即光合产物供应持续期长 .因而鲁麦 2Photosynthate supplement of winter wheat ( Triticum aestivum L.) flag leaf was studied in the aspects of supplying rate (includs photosynthetic rate and sucrose synthetic rate) and supplying duration. The results showed that photosynthetic rate of flag leaf of Lumai 22 is higher than that of Lumai 14, and sucrose phosphate synthetase (SPS) activity in flag leaf of Lumai 22 is much higher than that of Lumai 14 during mid to late grain milking stage, which indicats higher photosynthate supplying rate of flag leaf of Lumai 22 than that of Lumai 14. Photosynthate supplying duration of flag leaf of Lumai 22 is longer than that of Lumai 14, because the content of chlorophyll and soluble protein is higher, while the content of malonaldehyde (MDA) of flag leaf is lower in Lumai 22 than that in Lumai 14, and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) of flag leaf is also higher in Lumai 22 than that in Lumai 14. Then Lumai 22 obtains much higher biomass and grain yield.
