摘　　要：集群是天然的创业孵化器,集群中的企业在集群内部社会网络中所处的位置会给其带来各种资源,集群网络有助于集群内部企业创业机会的识别和创新资源的获取。通过对集群关系网络特征、运行机制进行分析,从集群关系网络的角度解释集群企业国际创业行为出现的动因、过程及结果。Industrial Cluster is a natural entrepreneurship incubator. The location of enterprises in cluster will bring various resources for them, and the cluster network helps enterprises recognize the internal entrepreneurial opportunities and acquire innovation resources . The paper analyzes the characteristics and operation mechanism of relationship network, explains the motivation, process and results of international entrepreneurship behaviors of cluster enterprises from the perspective of rela- tionship network.
