边防部队“两成两力”建设创新问题研究

摘　　要：边防部队加强装备"两成两力"建设,是新时期提高核心军事能力的重要保证。文章着眼提高边防部队在基于信息系统体系作战中的装备保障能力,采取系统分析和经验总结的方法,分析了体系作战中装备保障的特点,提出了边防部队加强装备"两成两力"建设应把握的关键环节和对策建议。Strengthening the construction of ＂organic and systematic development of combat and support capabilities＂ of the border defense forces is an important guarantee to improve the nuclear mil- itary capacity in the new period. According to the systematic analysis and the summary of the experi- ence, the paper focuses on the improvement of the capacity of equipment support on the basis of the information system and analyzes the characters of the equipment support in the systematic fighting. The paper finally suggests and gives advice for the border defense forces to strengthen the equipment construction of ＂organic and systematic development of combat and support capabilities＂.
