摘　　要：全球经济一体化下,全球市场博弈已进入定价权博弈的时代,涉农战略性商品国内自主定价权不断弱化或缺失的现实已成为我国涉农产业安全新常态。在界定涉农战略性商品、定价权的内涵后,从源于外部的三大路径(国际贸易、国际金融、FDI)来分析战略性国际因素冲击并削弱我国涉农战略性商品国内自主定价权问题的机理,进而提出提升我国自主定价权的对策。With global economic integration, global market competition has entered the era of the pricing right game. Domestic inde- pendent pricing right of agriculture-related strategic commodity being weakening or lost has become the new normal of an agriculture- related industrial security. After defining the connotation of strategic goods related to agriculture and pricing right, based on three paths originating from external（ international trade, international finance, FDI）, this article analyzes the mechanism of strategic in- ternational factors impacting and undermining Chinese domestic independent pricing right of the agriculture-related strategic commod- ities, and thereby makes upgrading countermeasures of Chinese independent pricing right.
