摘　　要：分析了一热轧卷取机上夹送辊不能上升故障的原因，针对夹送辊无杆腔压力波动大的问题，进行了改进，取得了明显的效果。Analyze the fault reasons that a top pinch roll of the hot strip rolling coiler cannot rise. Aimed at the problem of big pressure fluctuation occurred in the rodless cavity of pinch roll, make the technical modification. This improvement has achieved obvious effects.
