地佐辛用于小儿术后镇痛

摘　　要：目的:观察地佐辛注射液用于小儿患者术后镇痛的镇痛效果及安全性。方法:小儿唇裂整复术40例,随机分为两组。均于手术结束前10min静脉注射药物。D组地佐辛注射液0.1mg/kg,C组等量生理盐水。观察FLACC评分、PAED评分、循环、呼吸、血氧饱和度变化及不良反应。结果:各时间点FLACC评分、PAED评分,D组明显低于C组(P<0.01)。各时间点两组患儿均无过度镇静、心律失常发生。恶心、呕吐、瘙痒及低氧血症不良反应两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:地佐辛注射液镇痛效果良好,起效快,作用时间长,能有效缓解小儿术后疼痛,减少苏醒期躁动,不良反应发生率低,可很好用于小儿术后镇痛。Face Legs Activity Cry Consolability （FLACC） scale. The complications such as respiratory depression, postoperative nausea and vomiting were recorded within 6 h after operation .Results：The postoperative FLACC scores in group C were significantly higher than that in group D （P〈 0.01）. There were no difference of the incidence of respiratory depression, postoperative nausea andvomiting among group D and group C （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion：Dezocine injection can offer effective, safer analgesia for postoperative pain relief in children. Key Words： Dezocine injection; Children; Postoperative analgesia
