彻底清创持续灌注冲洗引流治疗化脓性膝关节炎

摘　　要：目的:探讨对关节腔彻底清创后持续灌注冲洗引流治疗化脓性膝关节炎的方法与疗效。方法:采用关节腔清创后实施持续灌洗引流的术后处理方法,结合抗生素使用以及术后康复训练治疗48例化脓性膝关节炎患者。结果:术后Noyes膝关节功能评分:优31例,良10例,差7例,优良率85%。所有患者均获随访,平均随访时间12.7个月,无1例复发。结论:采用关节腔清创、置管及术后持续灌注冲洗引流,结合全身抗生素使用及早期康复训练治疗化脓性膝关节炎,患者损伤小,病程短,术后恢复效果好,是一种较为理想的手术方法。Objective：To investigate and discuss the effect and application of debridement with continuous irrigation on treating suppurative knee arthritis. Methods：Forty-eight cases with suppurative knee arthritis were treated by a combined therapy including debridement with persistently irrigation, antibiotics use and postoperative rehabilitation training. Results：According to the Noyes criteria, the results were excellent in 31 cases, good in 10, bad in 7. All 48 cases were cured and followed up for an average 12.7 months without recrudescence. Conclusion：The advantage of this combined therapy on treating suppurative knee arthritis is less invasive, thorough clean-up and better recovery, and it will become an ideal therapeutic method for the elimination of arthritis and the functional recovery of knee arthrosis.
