摘　　要：目的：探讨经腹联合经阴道多普勒超声诊断宫角妊娠的价值.方法：回顾性分析某医院2010年1月~2012年12月收治27例经手术病理证实的宫角妊娠的临床资料及超声检查的声像图像,包括包块的部位、大小、形态、内部周围回声及其血流分布、测量阻力值等.结果：27例宫角妊娠表现孕囊型16例,不均质包块型11例;正确诊断23例（准确率85.2%）,误诊为输卵管间质部妊娠3例,误诊滋养细胞肿瘤1例.结论：经腹联合经阴道超声对宫角妊娠有重要的诊断价值,不均质包块型仍易误诊,血流分布、血流频谱等特征可为鉴别提供可靠依据.Objective： To investigate the value of combined abdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of cornual pregnancy. Methods： The characteristics of color Doppler ultrasonography of 27 patients from January 2010 to December 2012 with cornual pregnancy confirmed by pathology were studied retrospectively. The position,figure, size, echogenicity and vascular pattern of the pregnancy tissue were evaluated, and the resistance index was calculated.Results： The pregnancy sonogram showed cystic-type （16 cases）. Mass-type （11 cases）. Preop- erative ultrasound diagnosis rate was 85.2% （23/27）. misdiagnosed as interstitial tubal pregnancy in 3 cases, 1 cases of gestational trophoblastic tumor. Conclusion： Combined abdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound trans- abdominal transvaginal ultrasound for eomual pregnancy has important diagnostic value in the diagnosis of comual pregnancy. Mass-type is easy to be misdiagnosed. The CDFI can provide reliable basis for identification.
