中西医结合治疗阳虚型慢性心力衰竭临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗阳虚型慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法 CHF病例60例按心功能分级进行配对设计随机分为两组。对照组予常规西药强心、利尿、扩血管和血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂、β受体阻滞剂治疗。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用中药针剂参附注射液、丹参注射液,温阳活血。比较两组心功能指标和临床疗效。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率为63.3%优于对照组的56.7%(P<0.05);治疗组心率、呼吸频率、左心功能改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗阳虚型CHF有较好的治疗效果。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy of integrative medicine treatment for conjestive heart failure （CHF） with yang - deficiency syndrome. Methods Sixty patients with CHF and yang - deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into two groups：Treatment group（n= 30） treated by Shenfu injection and Danshen injection on the basis of routine treatment and con- trol group（n： 30） treated by routine treatment. The therapeutic efficacy was evaluated and the paremeter changes of the cardic func- tion were observed after 5 days. Results After treatment,the clinical therapeutic efficacy and cardiac function in treatment group was obviously superior to that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Integrative Medicine could improve heart function siginificantly in patients with CHF and yang - deficiency syndrome.
