密切关注新禽流感A(H7N9)的科研进展

摘　　要：目的及时了解国内外对新禽流感A(H7N9)的科研进展,把握防治禽流感A(H7N9)的主动权。方法及时收集国内外新发表的论文及报道,进行分析综合。结果初步证明了新禽流感A(H7N9)病毒的性质,基因特点,致病性,传播性,及其对药物的敏感性和防控要点。结论禽流感A(H7N9)病毒是一种三原重组的新病毒,对禽类及哺乳动物(包括人)都有致病性,且对人的毒性较强;但可防,可控,可治。目前对其认识还在随科研深入而发展,仍有不少不定因素,必须保持高度警惕,继续密切关注。Objective To understand timely the domestic and abroad progress of scientific research on the novel influenza A （ H7N9 ） virus to grasp the initiative of preventing and treating its infection. Methods Timely col- lect the domestic and abroad new literatures and news about it, analyze and summarize it. Results The update new recognition were grasped about the property of novel influenza A （H7N9） virus, the characteristics of its gene, its pathogenicity, its transmission, its sensitivity to antivirus drug, the key points to prevent and control its infection, and so on. Conclusion The novel influenza A （H7N9） is a novel triple reassortant influenza A virus. It has the path- ogenicity to poultry, mammalian animals （involves humane） with more virulence to human; however it is preventa- ble, controllable and curable. Now the cognition to it is developing along with scientific research, remaining some un- certainties yet, so we must remain on high alert to closely watch the progress of scientific research.
