摘  要:目的通过品管圈实践与效果分析,探索品管手法提升药学服务质量的可行性。方法采用品管手法进行药品调配质量控制,分析调配差错的原因,制定相应的对策并实施,评估实施对策的效果。结果在品管活动后调配差错率下降了85.75%,效果显著。结论品管圈实践已初见成效,降低了调配差错,提升了服务质量,有效地提升圈员参与自我管理意识和管理制度的执行力,有利于药学服务品质的持续改进,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of quality control circle practice exploring the feasibility of en- hancing the quality of pharmaceutical care. Methods We used the method of quality control circle to control the quality of drug deployment, analyze the cause of the error deployment, formulate the corresponding measures and im- plement it, evaluate of the effect of the implementation. Results We had achieved the significant effects in descend- ing 85.75 % of allocate error rate after the quality control circle work. Conclusion Quality control circle practice had produced results, reduced error deployment, improved the service quality, effectively improved participate in self management consciousness and management system implementation of ring members which is beneficial to continuous- ly improving the quality of pharmacy service, and worth popularizing.
