23例注射用盐酸川芎嗪不良反应分析

摘　　要：目的了解注射用盐酸川芎嗪不良反应发生的一般规律,促进临床合理用药。方法对济南市历下区2012年3月～2013年4月有关注射用盐酸川芎嗪的23例不良反应报告,从患者基本情况、临床表现、用药情况等方面进行统计分析。结果用药患者以中老年人居多,平均年龄64.48岁;累及皮肤及其附件的报告最多,为12例次,占27.27%;大剂量用药不良反应(78.26%)比说明书规定用量下(13.04%)明显增多;多种药物联合用药(57.14%)严重不良反应发生率比单独用药(11.11%)明显增高。结论注射用盐酸川芎嗪ADR的发生与药物因素和临床使用有关。临床医师、生产企业应重视注射用盐酸川芎嗪的不良反应,加强其应用过程中的监测,合理用药。Objective To analyze the characteristics of ADR induced by Ligustrazine Hydrochloride for Injection so as to promote the rational use of the drugs.Methods 23 cases of ADR relate to Ligustrazine Hydrochloride for Injection from March 2012 to April 2013 in Lixia District were analyzed statistically from patients with normal circumstances,adverse reaction,clinical manifestation,drug use and other aspects.Results Most of the patients taking the drug were old people whose average age was 64.48.Most of the reports（n = 12） involved both of the skin system and its appendages,accounting for 27.27%.Large doses of drug increase significantly in adverse reactions（78.26%） than the manual regulation dosage（13.04%）.These cases of several drugs were more likely to have much serious adverse reaction（57.14%） than those of single medication using（11.11%）.Conclusion The ADR of Ligustrazine Hydrochloride for Injection was related to the pharmaceutical factors and using.What’s more,age distribution accorded with the indications for the crowd of the drug.Enterprises and doctors should pay more.
