深圳教育实现领跑的理性思考

摘　　要：比较研究发现,就全国范围而言,深圳基础教育目前还在"赶跑"中。然而,我们可以利用深圳的区位优势、特区先行先试的政策优势和锐意创新、勇于变革的特区精神优势,坚定地推进教育改革,以突破性的改革行动领跑全国,推进深圳教育跨越式发展。在教育改革与发展中,需要注意坚守正确的价值取向、设立高位的改革推进机构、采取恰当的方法、完善激励机制以及大张旗鼓地宣传等改革元策略,方能实现深圳教育领跑全国的战略目标。Studies show that, nationally speaking, the compulsory education in Shenzhen is still in the stage of chasing others. On the other hand, however, there are such advantages for Shenzhen educators to take of as in the geographic location, policy making, and exploration by trial and error. All those could help them a great deal to become a leading role in the national field through educational reform. Throughout the reform, right value orientation, efficient administrative structure, appropriate method, proper incentive mechanism, and vigorous propagate should be persisted in.
