摘　　要：质量文化是高等教育大众化阶段大学文化的重要组成。加强大学质量文化建设有利于提升地方高校的核心竞争力,抓好质量文化建设是地方高校内涵发展的重点。质量理念化、理念制度化、制度文化化是提高质量文化建设水平的有效途径。In the stage of higher education popularization, quality culture is an important component of university cul-ture. To strengthen the construction of university quality culture will greatly promote the core competitiveness of local uni-versities. Focus on building quality culture is the key for connotation development of local universities. To reinforce the construction of university quality culture ought to be done via idealizing quality, institutionalizing ideas and civilizing sys-tern.
