摘　　要：为适应经济社会发展,提高高校就业水平和质量,应结合就业工作实际,树立全方位的就业工作理念,建设高水平就业工作师资队伍,积极打造全方位的就业工作体系,开展多层次的就业创业教育。In order to adapt to the development of economy, and to promote the level and quality of employment, uni-versity should, combining with practice, foster all-round employment eoneept, establish staff with high quality, construct all-round employment system and eonduet multi-level employment and entrepreneurship education.
