摘　　要：安徽纺织产业集群可分为中小企业纺织产业集群和中卫型纺织产业集群。中小企业纺织产业集群面临投资不足、目标市场定位趋同的问题,需要集约浓缩、兼并重组,建立创新平台,以及多样化目标市场。中卫型纺织产业集群面临核心企业实力不强、缺乏战略目标的问题,需要做大做强核心企业,完善及延伸纺织集群产业链,并培育企业的战略意图。Anhui textile industrial clusters can be divided into two kinds ： textile industrial clusters composed of small and medium- sized enterprises and the ＂hub-and-spoke＂ textile model. Textile industrial clusters composed of small and medium-sized enterprises have other problems, including under-investment and target market convergence. They need to merger and reorganize, establish innovation platform, as well as to diverse target markets. The ＂hub and spoke＂ textile model faces the problems of weak core enterprises and lacking strategic objectives. They need to make the core enterprises bigger and stronger, perfect and stretch textile industrial chains and cuhivate enterprise＇s strategic intent.
