试论循环物流的管理机制

摘　　要：信托作为管理机制对有效的物流而言有着重要的作用。文章讨论了有两种类型的物流:第一种类型的物流是循环物流,特点是执行者能够控制整个物流过程,这样的物流可以称之为封闭式物流;第二种类型的物流是厨房垃圾循环物流,它有数个执行者,比如,公司、消费者和管理部门,这种物流可以称之为开放式物流。Entrust ,as an management mechanism, play an important role in effective logistics channel .In this paper, two types of the cir- culated logistics channels are discussed. The first is the recycle channel, where an actor （a firm） can govern total channel and its flow. It may be called as the closed circulated logistics channel. The second is the recycle channel of kitchen garbage, which is governed by plural actors, such as firms, consumers, and governments. This channel may be called as the open circulated logistics channel.
