摘 要:按测交系交配设计,对山杏3母本×4父本杂交组合坐果率进行配合力的计算和分析,结果表明:12个杂交组合的坐果率差异达到极显著水平;在杂交亲和性上,父本中39号、11号、42号和母本81号亲本的一般配合力高,可考虑作为杂交种子园的亲本;81号×39号、81号×11号组合的特殊配合力高,可以建立特殊组合的杂交种子园。According to testcross mating design, the fruit setting rates which came fi'om the hybridization between 3 females and 4 males of Prunus sibirica were analyzed. The results indicated the differences in fi'uit setting rates of 12 hybrid combinations were ex- tremely significant. In the trait of cross-compatibility, the general combining abilities of No.39, No.11, No.42 among males and No. 81 among females were higher, and which could be considered as parents in the hybrid seed orchard. The special combining abilities of 81×39 and 81 × 11 were higher, and which could be used to establish the hybrid seed orchard of special combinations.
