摘　　要：目的探讨正常成人胃的MSCT表现．_r解正常成人胃的CT解剖参数，为胃癌MSCT研究奠定基础。方法收集无胃部疾病史者47例行MSCT平扫及=三期增强扫描．结合MPR技术．观察胃形态、结构．对胃壁厚度进行测量。结果MSCT可见正常成人胃有角型、钩型及长胃3种形态，未见瀑布型胃。适度充盈状态下，胃贲门、胃底、胃体及胃窦4区胃壁厚度分别为（4．06±0．67）mm.（1．96±0．28）mm，（1．89±0．33）mm．（3．30土0．53）mm；总平均厚度为（2．80±1．06）mm。CT硅示正常胃壁为柔软、平滑的线样结构，厚度均匀．与刷闱组织分界清楚。增强扫描动脉期胃壁63．8％呈现3层结构，36．2％为2层结构；延迟期均为单层。结论MSCT结合MPR技术能够良好显示胃形态、结构及胃壁厚度，对于胃部肿瘤的检m、定位及分期的研究奠定了良好的基础。Objective To investigate the MSCT performances of normal stomach. Methods 47 patients without any gastric disea- ses received unenhanced and enhanced CT scan. Results There were three types of the stomach： hook-type stomach, cow horn stomach and dolichogastry, and the cascade stomach was not seen. The thickness of gastric wall in deffirent region were（ 4.06±0.67） ram, {1.96±0.28） ram, （1.89±0.33） ram, （3.30±0.53） ram, respectively, and the mean thickness was （2.80±1.06） ram. Normal gastric wall showed soft, smooth, line-like structure, stretched flat mucosa, stomach and surrounding tissue bounda ties clear and uniform thickness on CT. The gastric wall showed 3 layers in 30 cases（63.8% ） , 2 layers in 17 eases（36.20/60 ） in the artery phase, and all of 47 cases showed single-layer structure in the delayed phase on enhanced CT. Conclusion The combination of MSCT and MPR can show good performance of normal stomach. These technologies provide a good foundation for the diagnosis and staging of gastric tumor.
