摘　　要：文章对合肥经济技术开发区科技创新中存在的科技创新主体为大中型企业、科技创新服务机构政府化、科技融资渠道单一、人才匮乏等问题进行了分析、讨论,就合肥经济技术开发区科技创新体系的建立进行了较为系统的研究,并提出了更加完善地构建合肥经济技术开发区科技创新体系的对策建议。The existing problems in the development of scientific and technological innovation in Hefei Economic and Technological Development Area are analyzed, including the scientific and technological innovation is subject to large and medium-sized enterprises, the scientific and technological innovation service is mainly provided by the government, the financing channels need to be broadened, the sci- ence and technology related talents are absent and so on. The establishment of scientific and techno- logical innovation system in Hefei Economic and Technological Development Area is studied and the corresponding measures are also put forward.
