失地农民的私人关系对职业转型的影响研究

摘　　要：随着城乡一体化进程的推进,失地农民的职业转型问题成为政府与学界关注的焦点。文章运用实证研究的方法,对湖北省京山经济开发区的485户失地农民进行了调查研究。通过单变量描述统计、双变量交互统计和多变量的Logistic多元统计,分析了失地农民私人关系对其职业转型的影响,证实了相关研究假设。在此基础上,文章提出应从失地农民私人关系、正式社会支持体系以及政府帮扶作用角度促进失地农民职业转型,以期更好地推动失地农民的再就业以及城镇化建设。With the advance of urbanization, the occupation transformation of landless peasants has be- come a hot issue for the government and the academic circle. In this paper, an empirical research on 485 landless peasants in Jingshan Economic Development Zone in Hubei Province is carried out. By means of univariate descriptive statistics, bivariate interaction statistics and Logistic analysis of multi- variable, the influence of landless peasants＇ personal relationship on their occupation transformation is explored, and the relevant research hypothesis is verified. Then the corresponding measures are pro- posed from the perspectives of landless peasants＇ personal relationship, formal social support system and government support in order to promote the occupation transformation of landless peasants, which can better improve the re-employment of landless peasants and the urbanization construction.
