摘　　要：专利申请文件的撰写质量对专利权人今后能否获得充分和有效的法律保护至关重要。文章从专利审查、专利权保护、后续程序等角度,对充分公开与保护商业机密的处理关系、专利保护范围的确定、专利保护类型的选择以及使用自定义词语等专利申请撰写中经常涉及的一些问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的改进措施和对策。Abstract-It is important for patentees to improve the quality of patent application documents to get the full and effective legal protection. In this paper, some basic issues about patent application document writing like the relationship between full disclosure and business secret, the determination of patent protection scope, the choice of the patent protection type and the requirements for custom words are analyzed from the perspectives of patent examination, patent protection and follow-up procedures. The corresponding strategic measures are discussed as well.
