摘  要:采用靛蓝二磺酸钠分光光度法测定水中总氮含量。样品经高压消解后加入显色剂靛蓝二磺酸钠显色,在最大吸收波长610nm处测定其吸光度。在质量浓度0~80mg/L线性范围内,线性回归方程为y=-0.004 4x+0.382 7,相关系数R=-0.999 2。实际水样的加标回收率为96%~102%。该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,重现性好,可满足实验室对水中总氮测定的要求。The total nitrogen in water was determined by indigo disulphonate spectrophotometry. Water samples were digested under a high temperature, and added with the chromogenic agent. Then the absorbance was determined at the wavelength of 610 nm. In the concentration of 0--80 mg/L, the linear equation was y=--0. 004 43x+0. 382 7, and the correlation coefficient (R) was --0. 999 2. Spiked recoveries of samples were between 96% and 102%. This method is simple, and it has high sensitivity and good reproducibility. It is suitable for the determination of total ni trogen content in the water.
