摘  要:简述了等离子喷涂制备常规氧化铝、Al2O3-TiO2、纳米氧化铝复合涂层及梯度涂层组织和性能的相关研究成果;简述了激光重熔技术和等离子喷涂技术复合制备涂层的研究现状;在粉末成分中加入低熔点缓冲相、稀土、碳纳米管等改善涂层微观组织,增强涂层功能,探讨基于氧化铝的特殊功能涂层,并对今后发展方向作了展望。The relevant research of structure and properties of conventional alumina, oxide A1203-TiO2, nanometer alumina oxide coating and gradient coating prepared by plasma spraying was reviewed. Research of preparing coating multiply with laser remelting technique and plasma spraying technique was reviewed. In order to improve coating microstructure and enhance coating functions, low melting point buffer phase, rare earth, carbon nanotubes were added in the powder composition, the special functional coating based on alumina oxide was discussed, and development of the future direction was prospected.
