摘 要:通过改变均热温度(900~1200℃)和保温时间(0~4h),研究X100管线钢奥氏体晶粒长大规律。结果表明:奥氏体晶粒尺寸随加温温度升高和保温时间延长呈指数增加;保温温度在1050℃以上时出现奥氏体晶粒快速长大。通过对试验数据进行非线性回归建立了实验钢奥氏体晶粒长大规律的数学模型,拟合度较好。By changing heating temperature (900-1200℃) and holding time (0-4 h), the effects of heating temperature and holding time on the austenite grain growth behavior were stuided, and the distribution of austenite grain size was analyzed. The results show that the austenite grain size increases with heating temperature and holding time increasing. The austenite grain grows rapidly when the heating temperature is higher than 1050℃. The grain growth models for the testing steel during heating process were established based on non-linear regression.
