摘  要:在钒基固溶体贮氢合金V3TiNi0.56中添加合金元素Co和Y,并进行了全浸腐蚀和电化学腐蚀试验。结果表明,Co和Y能有效提高V3TiNi0.56合金的耐腐蚀性能,特别是在V3TiNi0.56中复合添加合金元素0.3%Co和0.1%Y后,合金在6 mol/L的KOH溶液中全浸腐蚀200 h后的质量损失率从1.65%降至0.10%,在该碱液中的腐蚀电位从-1.178 V正移至-0.0917 V,耐腐蚀性能大大提高,具有较好的工程应用价值。Alloying is one of methods to improve the corrosion resistance of materials. Co and Y were added to the vanadium-based hydrogen storage alloy V3TiNi0.56 and the corrosion behaviors of alloys were tested by means of immersion corrosion experiment and electrochemical corrosion experiment. The results show that Co and Y can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of the alloy. Especially, the mixture of 0.3%Co and0.1%Y as a addictive can make the mass loss of the vanadium-based hydrogen storage alloy with 6 mol/L KOH solution decrease from 1.65% to 0.10%, and make the corrosion potential increase from -1.178 V to -0.0917 V, also effectively improve the corrosion resistance, which has better engineering value.
