摘 要:采用渗流法制备了Al-Si12泡沫,设计制作了Al-Si12泡沫芯消声器,并对其吸声性能进行了研究。结果表明,Al-Si12泡沫芯消声器的吸声性能与Al-Si12泡沫孔结构、Al-Si12泡沫长度及声波频率有关,吸声系数随Al-Si12泡沫孔径的减小及Al-Si12泡沫芯长度的提高而提高,具有大孔(80vol%)和小孔(20vol%)混合孔结构的Al-Si12泡沫芯消声器的吸声效果明显优于仅具有单一孔结构的Al-Si12泡沫芯消声器,高频区的吸声系数高于低频区。Al-Sil2 alloy foams were fabricated by filtration method, and the foam core mufflers were made by the fabricated Al-Sil2 alloy foams. The preparation and sound absorption property of the foam core muffler was studied. The results show that sound absorption property of the foam core muffler is closely related to the pore structure, the length of Al-Si12 alloy foam core and the sound frequency. Sound absorption coefficient increases with such factors as the decrease of pore diameter, the increase of the foam core length, the widening of the pore diameter range of Al-Si12 alloy foam core, and the increase of sound frequency. In addition, sound absorption property of muffler with the mixed pore structure of big pore (80 vol%) and small pore(20vol%) is much better than omer three kinds of mufflers with single pore structure.
