摘 要:采用立式万能摩擦磨损试验机测定了不同Fe含量的高铝青铜在干摩擦条件下的摩擦磨损行为。结果表明:适量的Fe含量可细化铝青铜合金的组织,有效提高合金耐磨性。在低速低载的摩擦条件下,随Fe含量的增加,合金磨损量变化不大,摩擦系数较低。在中速中载摩擦条件下,磨损量先减少后增加,摩擦系数均小于低速低载条件下的摩擦系数。Fe含量为4%时,高铝青铜合金具有较好的耐磨性。The dry friction wear behavior of high aluminum bronze with different Fe content was examined by using MMW-I universal friction and wear tester. The results show that the microstructure of the alloy can be refined by adding proper Fe element in the alloy, which can enhance the wear resistance of the alloy. With the increase of Fe content, under the low speed and load condition, the mass loss has almost no change, and the friction coefficient is lower. With the increase of Fe content, under the medium speed and load condition, the wear mass loss of the alloys first decreases and then increases. The friction coefficient is lower than the friction coefficient under low speed and low load. When the content of Fe is 4%, the alloy has the best wear resistance.
