摘 要:综述了可膨胀石墨(EG)电化学氧化法制备工艺的研究现状。EG电化学氧化法制备工艺按电解液的种类不同可分为无机酸法、有机酸法、混酸法、硫酸-氧化剂法、铵盐法;按电流的施加方式有普通直流法、脉冲直流法、定时换向直流法;此外,还有电解-气体搅拌法、电解-超声振动法。加强电化学法制备EG反应机理研究,研究筛选不溶性阳极材料,继续开发新的工艺和设备是EG电化学氧化法制备研究的发展方向。The progress on the preparation technology of expandable graphite (EG) by electrochemical oxidation was reviewed. Ac cording to the types of the electrolytes, the preparation technology of EG by electrochemical oxidation can be divided into inorganic acid, organic acid, mixed acid, sulfuric acidoxidant and ammonium salt. According to the current applications, it could also be di vided into ordinary DC, pulse DC and timing reversing DC. In addition, electrolysisgas stirring technology and electrolysisultrason ic technology were also mentioned. More researches on the reaction mechanism and insoluble anode material should be suggested, and developing new technology and equipment were also the future trend.
