摘　　要：目的观察支架下旋入式自锁髓内钉内固定治疗胫骨骨折的疗效。方法采用便携式下肢手术支架下旋入式自锁髓内钉内固定治疗47例胫骨骨折患者,均闭合复位穿钉。结果手术时间20～40 min。45例获得随访,时间12～30个月。骨折愈合时间为3～8个月(其中1例多发损伤患者延迟至术后8个月愈合)。按Johner-Wruh评分标准:优37例,良8例。结论便携式下肢手术支架辅助旋入式自锁髓内钉系统治疗胫腓骨骨折操作简便、微创,临床疗效满意。Objective To investigate the clinical efiect of portable bracket of lower limb and revolving self-lock nailfixation for tibia fracture. Methods 47 patients of tibia fracture were treated with closed reduetion and fixation withlibia revalving self-lock nail applied with the portable hraeket of lower limb. Results The time of the operation var-ied from 20 -40 mintues. 45 cases were followed up for 12 -30 months with good bone union （Only 1 case of multi-pie trauma was delayed healed 8 months after the operation）. The results were evaluated by Johner-Wruh scoring sys-tern, which were excellent in 37 patients, and good in 8. Conclusions Revolving self-lock nail applied with theportable bracket of lower limb for tibia fracture is convenient, minimally invasive and satisfactory, in therapeuticeffect.
