摘　　要：本文提出了水泥基材料介电谱测量法，并用它来研究水泥水化过程对水化时间及水化温度的依赖关系，其实验结果和传统的物理化学法的研究结果是一致的。measurement method of diclectric spectra on the cement is presented by the paper, and it is used to study the influence of temperatare and time on diclectric behavior of the cement. Experimental results given by this method are wincident with that given by a general physicochemistry method.
