摘　　要：上海目前正处于创新驱动、转型发展的关键时期,寻找新的经济增长点显得尤为迫切。上海海洋区位条件得天独厚、海洋资源丰富、海洋经济发展潜力巨大并将成为上海下一轮增长的新动力。海洋经济的发展离不开海洋金融的支持,大力发展海洋金融推进海洋经济建设,不仅有助于上海实现转型发展,而且可以进一步完善上海金融体系,推动上海国际金融中心建设。Shanghai currently is in the critical period of innovation-driven and transformation development, which is more urgent to find a new economic growth point. This paper argues marine economy has great potential and will become a new impetus for the next round growth in Shanghai for its unique ocean regional conditions and rich marine resources. However, the development of marine economy can not be separated from the marine financial support. By developing marine finance to promote marine economy, it is not only to contribute to the restructuring development of Shanghai, but also further improve the financial system and promote the construction of Shanghai international financial center.
