摘　　要：目的探讨Focus超声刀在早期甲状腺癌c手术中的应用价值.方法收集昆明医科大学第三附属医院头颈外科2011年8月至2013年2月同一组手术医生收治的80例早期甲状腺癌(T1N0M0)患者,随机分成两组,分别对Focus超声刀手术法与传统手术法在早期甲状腺癌(T1N0M0)手术中应用进行对照研究.结果超声刀手术法的平均手术时间45.45 min、术中出血量20.45 mL、术后并发症1例,显著优于传统手术法(P<0.05).结论将Focus超声刀应用于甲状腺癌(T1N0M0)的手术可提高手术质量,降低手术风险、减少并发症,具有较高临床应用价值.Objective To investigate the application value of Focus harmonic scalpel in the surgery of thyroid carcinoma （T1N0M0） in early stage. Methods 80 patients with thyroid carcinomain in early stage in our hospital from August 2011 to February 2013 were selected and analyzed retrospectively. The patients were randomly divided into the Focus harmonic scalpel group and the traditional surgery group. Results The mean operative time of Focus harmonic scalpel group was 45.45 minutes, intraoperatve blood loss was 20.45 ml, and postoperative complications was found in 1 cases. The efficacy of Focus harmonic scalpel group was significantly better than that of the traditional surgery group. Conclusion Using Focus harmonic scalpel in thyroid carcinoma （T1N0M0） operation can improve the quality of operation and reduce the surgical risk and complications. So, Focus harmonic scalpel has great value of clinical application.
