摘　　要：以上海市保障住房三林基地4号地块为实例,对保障型住房低成本景观规划设计做探索,提出在资金和场地受限制条件下创造生态效益、经济效益和社会价值较好的住区的景观设计手法。Taking the affordable housing of Block 4,Sanlin Community, Shanghai as an example, this paper searches the landscape planning and design of affordable housing based on low cost, suggests the method of landscape design of the community of low cost but high ecological ,economic and social benefit on the condition that the funding and space are limited,
