摘  要:针对黄铜温控阀在加工和使用中的少量开裂问题,阐述了阀体坯件的结构和成分,分析了坯件在热冲压过程中裂纹产生的部位及其走向,阐述了裂纹的形成过程和特点,并提出了减少开裂倾向的措施。经生产验证,温控阀体开裂现象大幅度减少,大大提高了产品的质量。Aiming at the cracking problem of the brass temperature control valve in machining and using, the structure and composition of the valve blank were expounded. The parts of the crack and its direction were analyzed in hot stamping. Its formation process and characteristics were stated, and measures to reduce cracking tendency were proposed. Through the actual production verification, cracking phenomenon is effectively reduced, which greatly improves the quality of the products.
